Voting for the DJ Awards 2025 is now officially open, marking another milestone in one of the longest-standing electronic music awards in the world. Taking place in the heart of Ibiza, the DJ Awards 2025 continues to shine as the ultimate celebration of global DJ culture, club sounds, and musical innovation. Fans, DJs, and industry professionals eagerly await the results, as the DJ Awards 2025 Ibiza promises to highlight both legends and fresh new talent across a wide range of genres.
Founded in 1998, the DJ Awards returned triumphantly to Ibiza in 2024 after a four-year hiatus. Proud to remain fully independent and non-pay-to-play, the platform recognises and celebrates talent purely on merit. Unlike other popular polls, nominations are chosen by a Grand Jury of over 50 music industry leaders, ensuring a truly authentic and representative list of artists across the global electronic music scene.
Unlike commercial polls, the DJ Awards remains independent and non-pay-to-play, with all nominations decided by a Grand Jury of over 50 industry experts. This ensures that nominees represent a true cross-section of genres, styles, and global talent, celebrating artistry on merit alone.

What’s New in Dj Awards 2025
This year, the DJ Awards expands its scope with two brand-new categories:
-
Balearic – Honoring the free-spirited, genre-defying sound that defines Ibiza’s sunsets and terraces.
-
Hard Dance/Bounce – A nod to the massive revival of the high-energy scene over the past year.
The awards have also committed to increasing female representation, with at least two women nominated in each genre category.
