An artist embedded within the Netherland’s rich electronic music scene for over two decades, Ajdin Begovic, aka ADIN, continues to build on his expansive career.
A highly technical artist behind the decks, performing at the likes of Free Your Mind, Tomorrowland, and ADE through to EDC Las Vegas and Tokyo’s iconic Womb, his continual evolution fostered via his innovative outlook has always welcomed an ongoing shift in sound and style.
Harnessing atmospheric touches, recent releases have included material on labels such as DAYS like NIGHTS, fryhide and Insomniac’s Factory 93, gaining support from Joris Voorn, Hot Since 82, and Maya Jane Coles. Fresh from his ‘Garden Of Mist’ EP, April welcomes a return to his own DREEF Records imprint as he drops three fresh cuts across his ‘Trails’ EP.
Title cut ‘Trails’ showcases a slow-blooming and resonant journey through soundscapes as light and dark contrast to unveil a moody yet ethereal production, while ‘Dew Forming’ continues down a similar pathway as refined percussion and sweeping vocals guide soaring synths. To close, ‘Purple Satin Sunrise’ unfolds effortlessly to paint a colourful, resonant final offering and shape up the package in style.
